What we collect

When you use the live chat we store the messages you send, the name and contact details you choose to give us, the page you started the chat from, your browser's user-agent string and your IP address.

Why we collect it

To answer your question, to reach you again if the chat disconnects, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Chat transcripts are retained for as long as needed to support you and to meet our record keeping obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@payappintuit.com and we will respond.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking cookies. Your chat reference is kept in your browser's local storage so a page refresh does not lose your conversation. Our staff console uses a single essential session cookie for sign-in.
