The service
PayApp Support provides customer support over live chat, phone and email during the hours published on this site. We aim to reply within the times shown, but they are targets rather than guarantees.
Acceptable use
Do not use the chat to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading content, and do not attempt to disrupt the service. We may end a conversation that breaches this.
Do not send sensitive credentials
Never send passwords, full card numbers, or government identification numbers over chat. Our staff will never ask you for them.
Independence
LiveChat Intuit is an independent customer support service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party software vendor.
Liability
We provide support in good faith. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
